Abstract Submission: Interested persons should submit an abstract for individual papers. If they are interested in specific papers being presented together in a single panel, they should state this in the ‘Comments’ when submitting their abstract.
In order to submit your abstract, you should register on ConfTool by visiting this link: https://www.conftool.net/transitions2025/
This link can also be used to upload the final papers, access the conference programme and/or to print it out at the later stages.
Co-authors who do not plan to present do not have to register. The presenting author should merelymention their name and affiliation during the abstract submission.
Full paper submission: All authors of accepted papers will be requested to upload full-text papers at least two weeks prior to the conference (i.e. by 12 May). This is essential to ensure a productive discussion. To upload your paper, please login to ConfTool, go to Your Submissions and click on the highlighted link ‘File Upload’. This function is only available about one month prior to the conference.
We do not plan to publish your papers or otherwise make them public. Thus we do not set any specific requirements regarding the size or format of the papers, but usual common-sense academic rules do apply.
